Dr. John Mulvenon is Vice President of Defense Group, Inc. Intelligence Division and Director of the Center for Intelligence Research and Analysis. He is a specialist on the Chinese Military and cyberwarfare, having testified before Congress on the issue. He received his Ph.D. from University of California at Berkley in Political Science.
