Today's episode is about beginnings. Winston Churchill once said "This is not the end. It is not even the beginning of the end. But it is, perhaps, the end of the beginning."

We're going to talk about the end of the beginning. For the first time, I am sharing the story where my life was almost at an end because I thought it was the beginning of the end. Today, I'm sharing the story of my suicide attempt, my survival, and my recovery.
