My reading from the Daily Stoic today was all about Love.

The quote that stood out for me from the excerpt was "There is almost No Situation Where Hatred Helps".. It really struck me..

Then I thought that we can replace 'hatred' with 'stress' in that statement.. There is no situation where being stressed out is going to help you.. So let it go… and just love yourself…
