My friend Andrew Kopolow suggested this book to me. It is a fable about organizational change, and it really helps bring into focus what needs to happen to help any organization deal with change.

What I found interesting was how applicable the change framework is for our personal lives as well.

I also found it humorous that when Andrew suggested a book to me about change management, he started me on a short book with lots of pictures.. ;-)
