In our day-to-day lives, we often think of the words left unsaid. How else could I have handled that micro-aggression at work? Did I do the right thing in seeking out help? These questions, and many more, come up during our conversations on times when a confrontation could either bring you a sense of closure or just mean prolonged awkwardness every day at work.
