Here's the Youth Minis-tea: over 15+ years of youth ministry does something to you.

In this episode, we comb through some things we've learned along the way while serving in youth ministry. We're talking youth group, camps, retreats, conferences, and summer-long discipleship programs. We even asked some saints to weigh in on their experiences with leading junior high and high school ministries, and there are some hard (but good) conversations to be had.
