Has Anything Changed Since then.  The host for this show is Jay Fidell.  The guest is George Casen.

Simas Kurdirka died recently, and it's time to review the movies that were made about his attempted defection from the Sovietskaya Litva off Martha's Vineyard in 1971.  Our panel reminisces about the attempted defection and the steps that followed for the Coast Guard, for Simas and for the Russians.
