Andy has 30 years of experience as a principal of a design/build firm. He is trained architect from the University of Illinois, has acquired and executed projects, of both small and large scale, in residential, commercial, retail, office, and cannabis spaces ranging from $100,000 to $12,000,000.

Recognized countless times over the years for renovation and remodeling ability as Remodeler of the year for the state of Illinois and in the Midwest. Former Member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago Remodelers, member of National Association of Home Builders and National Kitchen and Bath Association. Recipient of the Better Business Bureau Award for Marketplace Ethics.
