Around 2008 Facebook become immensely popular and the then number one social media app Myspace went bust.  Reason being too tough to use or and too less a cost to switch to a better and easier competitor.  Even in the learning domain whenever we encounter something that doesn’t concur with our sensibilities we lose interest. Since there is so much focus on going digital wrt learning. I thought its better late than never to talk about user experience in learning design.
