My father gives insight on his discovery in custom software in the late 90s and early 2000s before the internet took over and make everything an annual subscription - before lots of companies had custom software developed to solve their everyday problems to make business easier and manageable.   We move deeper into real estate and the reasons why it would be good to make the commitment to business a database solution outright with the right company backing continuous maintenance for the years to come.
