Those affected by the sudden loss are unaware of the emotional toll the stress from the work ahead will take on their lives, or the necessary steps required in the logistical process. 

This podcast, Things you Should Know Before I Go, is here to explore how people cope with the difficult losses in their life. By interviewing community leaders who have dealt with loss and grief, we hope to help others going through difficult periods in their life to come out the other side stronger.
