Hey guys, it’s Ashlynn! Welcome to this preview of what my podcast is going to be about! I go over the basics and give y’all an update as to when the first episode should air!

What things “define” us? There are many different labels that we can call ourselves, and many that the world try to put on us. I’m Ashlynn. I am 16 years old and Im an avid Christ follower, CrossFitter, and exercise enthusiast. I believe that everyone is unique in God and believe that fitness comes in many aspects. As a teenager in the fitness world, I talk about a variety of things such as staying in touch with my mental health, to staying close to Jesus, to being diagnosed with a chronic medical condition.
