What happens when two young musicians decide to create the opportunities they can't find elsewhere? Sinead and Hannah, founders of Empower, join us to talk about building a platform for women in music from the ground up – from a student concert during the pandemic to a growing organisation supporting performers and composers. They discuss ambition, advocacy, funding, burnout and the challenge of building a sustainable career on their own terms.
