In this week's episode, Big Kev is joined by Amanda Whittaker. Amanda is an art therapist and co-owner of Swept Away in Bay Shore, NY.  This episodes takes a deep dive into Amanda's journey towards becoming a therapist and business owner. She shares her views on topics such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, insecurities, and her transition into becoming the owner of a restaurant. 

Amanda is a dear friend of mine and one of the most genuine, wise, and intelligent people I've come across in my life. I'm grateful that she was willing to join me for an hour and loved preparing and recording for this episode. I hope you all enjoy it as well.
