Released in 2011 the one season minisereis anime adaptation of “Number 6” (release by Bones studio) follows smart but privileged “Shion” who’s life in the futuristic city of “Number 6” is turned upside down by the escaped convict “Nezumi” aka “Rat”, who shows up in his room seeking aid. The two embark on a dangerous adventure of subterguge and romance to reveal what makes the supposedly perfect city tick. It leads to much more than Shion could have imagined.
