We, Dutifully Request the Secretary General of the U.N, to Formally Hold the Russian Federation Responsible for the Negligent and Barbarous War. Which Violates- the Charter Of the U.N, the Minsk Agreements and Normalcy of International Law. We Require Peace &amp; Security of All Citizens of the U.N Member States. Failure to Maintain the Status Quo will only Cause Due Harm to the Sanity of Humanity.
