Welcome Dr. Celina Benavides, a developmental psychologist, child and family studies professor, published researcher, and a mom of two young children. Her goal is to provide evidence-based practices to support parents, caregivers, and educators. Along with this, Celina also had her second child during the midst of uncertainty at the beginning of Covid-19. Celina shares the big decisions that she had to make as she navigated her new birth plan along with parenting two children.
