In this simple exercise you stand in front of a mirror and strike a power pose and affirm to yourself that which you desire to become. By doing this the brain fires the positive hormones which in turn help us achieve that which we desire to become. In one of his teachings Imam Ali (a) says : If you cannot forbear/be patient then act as if = Fake It Till You Make It.
