Fashion designers hold a special place in our world. Their talent and vision play a big role in how people look and also contribute to the cultural and social environment. They love to study fashion trends, sketch designs, select materials and have a part in all the production aspects of their designs.

In this episode, Naschell shares her journey moving into fashion design and the stigma that comes with it in our society which still cherishes white-collar jobs & careers.  She shares how she's moved past comments like "beautiful graduate and you are a seamstress" and still moving on to pursue what is meaningful to her. This journey started right from university and now she's into it full time and is already running fashion training to help young people interested in learning fashion design.

No entrepreneurial journey is easy and Naschell shares some of her downtimes and how she bounced back and is still bouncing back!
