Unless your spouse shares their sexual orientation with you, there is no way to know for sure if they are gay. So-called "signs" like how your spouse talks, walks, dresses, or looks are not indications of sexual orientation. Nor are sexual preferences, including oral and anal sex.

Rather than making assumptions, the best way to know for sure is to have an open dialogue with your spouse.
