I have found that it is extremely difficult to be able to truly see another’s perspective. However, not impossible! It just feels that way. My wife and I have been approaching stuff in our life, relationship, and even work from very different places. This can and has caused us to have misunderstandings more than we like. The Mask of Ego

Life is often complicated and overwhelming. We try to find just a moment of peace but it is elusive. Most days we would settle for just not being emotionally and physically drained. It can be impossible to find time for self-care. Each day is a copy of the last. We wander around numb at best, anxiety-ridden at worst. Is this how we are meant to feel?
There is a different way. There are groups out there that are dedicated to understanding our emotional intelligence. Together with Buddhist philosophy, this seems to offer a unique insight into ourselves and our minds.
