Meditation - Anchoring is a way to settle the mind on a sensation. It can be your breath, a sound, sight, or touch. When your mind wanders, bring it back.
We will focus in our bodies, from our feet to the top of our heads. feet and ankles, legs and knees, thighs and hips, abdomen and chest, back, upper arms and shoulders, elbows and forearms, wrists and hands, head and neck. Now pick one area and stay there.
