Better late than never they say. I took some good time off and I'm here to explain why. This past year and a half taught me many things. The most important one is about prioritizing your mental health and avoiding burnout. I'm ready to open myself up to y'all as I focused on what truly makes me happy and the changes I made to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.
