Johan is an executive coach to leaders and change-makers in South Africa and abroad. He has worked with the top leadership in organisations like Remgro, Anglo American, ABSA, Coca-Cola, and more recently, directly with the Springbok Sevens team as a mentor and guide. In his current role at both Authentic Living Leading and as the leadership burnout coach, he focuses on how to perform at your highest without burning out or losing your spark. Johan holds a PhD in the Education Psychology Department, a Master in Leadership, an Honours in Industrial Psychology and an MDiv in Theology. PS. Johan is also an ex-Mr South Africa contestant.
