Our goal is to have something for everyone as long is it pertains to dairy sheep. We want to help YOU feel more confident diving into sheep for milk. We highlight different breeds for milking - both dairy specific and traditional heritage breeds - and talk about when you would want to pick one over the other. On this show we want to help you start to finish - from lambing, to milking, to cheesemaking. We also cover ethical harvesting of access or retired animals, delicious recipes for the meat, and what to do with all that wool (as there are currently no hair dairy breeds of sheep).
