This podcast has made such a difference for me in my line of work. I'm an rising leader in higher education, where there is very little training or support for women leaders. Academia has its own dynamics that create, as Elizabeth puts it, glass ceilings and sticky floors and Elizabeth's insight is so very useful even in this insular setting. I highly recommend her work and hope to save up enough money to take her leadership coaching certification.

With all the talk about women's role in the workplace, this podcast has a refreshing take on owning what we bring to the table and providing encouragement to be assertive about what works for us in the workplace. I've been struggling as of late with getting overcommitted at work and feeling guilty for the impact on my family - and the perspective Elizabeth brings has provided a lot of inspiration and encouragement as I work to define what's most important to me. A different perspective than other women's leadership movements - highly recommend!
