First of all Merry Christmas and happy holidays. I wanted to surprise you guys with a new episode but I also know the holidays can be challenging so I thought this would be a great distraction. In this episode, I recapped my 2022. I want to thank you guys for rocking with me these last 5 months I'm so grateful for you guys. 2023 will only get better!

I quickly discovered that some people come into your life to help you grow, teach you things and make you a better person. I believe that it's not how much time you spend with a person but what you do in that time that matters
