I begin by outing myself as an AmmoSexual...originally a term concocted by the gun-control crowd that wants to deprive us of our Second Amendment Rights, which means they want to deprive us of our Natural Right to Self-Defense; but I have embraced the term as a badge of Honor. We segue into some detail about defending yourself, particularly when you are older, as we are., and discuss possible ramifications of having to use force - deadly or otherwise - to keep yourself safe and alive.

We delve a little into the Trans problem that has been raising its ugly head, and later get into things (food, habits, processed food, etc) that affect your health.
