Happy New Year! .

In our first podcast of 2023, Mike and I get nostalgic, comparing how things today have changed since we were young. We cover a lot of ground here, from TV, phones, candy, TV and radio ads, cartoons, and more; a smorgasbord of how children's lives (and American Life in general) has changed 

While that is the main gist of this show, I have to warn you: as we often do, we get onto a few tangents here and there - though not for too long. Whenever the conversation began to stray, I managed to herd it back to the Nostalgia Corral.

It being January 6th, we end the podcast with a few short, angry comments about the Political Prisoners being held on trumped-up charges (no pun intended), having been falsely accused of being involved in an "insurrection"...which is laughable, as none of the accused were armed on that fateful day in which they were deceived - manipulated by FBI Plants into entering into the Capitol Building...most of them seen ON CAMERA peacefully sightseeing, and even chatting with Capitol Police, who LET THEM IN by unlocking the doors...one of the biggest Scandals and Injustices of our time, that deserves much more attention and commentary, but which we will have to cover in more detail another time.
