Why Lazarus? I will tell you at the end of this description...

We start with some nonsense before getting into our disappointment that the Red Wave never materialized.

We talk about the very leftist, very poorly written, Newark Star-Ledger vs the long-defunct (but much, much better) Newark Evening News, and the influence the News had on politics and politicians in its heyday...we get silly again, talking about Humor in general, and what makes it up; then we discuss the two trans idiots who did a show (sponsored by ULTA) in which they discuss BEING A WOMAN...

Unfortunately, I had forgotten to keep an eye on the clock, and we spoke for over another hour before I realized that the Anchor on my laptop had stopped recording WHEN IT REACHED A HALF HOUR! For this sudden end to the recording in the middle of a sentence, I do sincerely apologize to anyone listening.

(For those who don't know, I am able to record up to 30 minutes on the laptop app, then I have to stop and begin a new recording).

I stopped the recording and tried to check to see how much we had recorded...but after a few moments of fumbling around I thought I had accidentally deleted the recorded part...

I eventually found it, and this is what this episode is, one cut short abruptly, and it is too late tonight for us to continue talking, as we are both talked out at this point...pity I'd forgotten the time limit - the conversation got better and better as we went on! I'll maybe try to "circle back" to what we talked about tomorrow.

BUT - because I thought this episode had been lost forever, as I was trying to edit the name, Mike insisted I name it "Lazarus", because it had seemingly risen from the deadzone we thought it had gone to. At first I tried to give it a different name, but after three failed tries, it kept coming back as "Untitled"...because while I was trying to save it as a Draft, I couldn't because I hadn't yet written a description!

So I put a few words in this box - which I subsequently replaced with the above description and this tangential silly explanatory essay but acceded to Mike's demand to call it what I have because - well, it seems that's what God, or Fate, or Whatever, wanted, since I had not been allowed to name it whatever else I was going to name it.
