Training as a Culture Bolster

With burnout and compassion fatigue at crisis levels among veterinarians, veterinary staff and animal care workers, we are failing our community. We can do better. We must do better. Join me here to talk story and get tips on living the veterinary life, how to cope with stress, employees, clients and learn how to thrive instead of survive. I am a compassion fatigue survivor and this is my gift to my beloved veterinary community.
