This week I'm raving about a book I just read, Bravey by Alexi Pappas, and saved a quote to talk about. If, like me, you're sometimes overwhelmed by mixed messages (like "you are enough" next to "winners don't make excuses"), remember that encouragement can look different on different days... and that two forms of encouragement can coexist without contradicting each other.
