I met Bruce Francke, DVM, at the first Uncharted Veterinary Conference, and since then we've shared a lot of amazing conversations about life, love, and running. Bruce is a self-described jovial person who just wants to make sure everyone around him is happy, sometimes to the detriment of his own comfort. He shares a dark reset moment and how he copes now with the stress of running a practice, taking care of his family and team, and keeping his own brain running on "jovial."
