-A former CVS nurse has sued the company because the company allegedly fired her over her anti-abortion beliefs.
A nurse practitioner from Virginia named Paige Casey is taking CVS Health to court because she claims the company let her go because she was refusing to give patients medication for an abortion.
-A Kansas teacher has been awarded $95,000 after suing the school district she worked at over her being suspended for refusing to use a student’s preferred name and pronouns.
Back in March, Pamela Ricard filed a lawsuit against Geary County Schools after she was reprimanded and suspended last year “for addressing a biologically female student by the student’s legal and enrolled last name,”
-Consumers are urged to be cautious of eating at Wendy’s after 97 people in six states got sick from eating romaine lettuce infected with a strain of E. Coli.
So far, 43 out of the 97 people have been hospitalized.
-Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears are being sued by two unidentified siblings claiming they were groomed by the comedians when they were just 14 and 7. The lawsuit filed pro se Monday night alleges Haddish and Spears recruited Jane, now 22, and John Doe, now 14, to perform inappropriate acts on camera when they were kids.
