We look at how propaganda can be used for good or for evil with advertising and the similarities. The ways in which Propaganda is used today to attain both positive and negative outcomes are discussed at length along with the impact propaganda has had on our mental health and well-being. On today's show Adam and Dylan talk to Ammi Dhaliwal about a new book as well as the arts, consciousness, psychedelics, music and nature. Ammie has worked as a Support Artist since 2019 / SPACT. They have military experience in the UK Armed Forces, training in Shotokan Karate (Sensei) and have undertaken the British Action Academy on screen combat training courses phase. Ammi is an Equity and Bafta member with voting rights in Wales and passionate about CPD and continues to upskill in these areas. This last year they have been working freelance as a Union Learning Representative with Cult Cymru to help deliver training for Support Artists living and working in Wales. Todays show sees us interview Dr Wyn Thomas Author, Historian, Musician and researcher.  Dr Wyn Thomas was born in Llandrindod on 3 November 1967.  he left school in 1984 having under-achieved academically.  Nonetheless, at home, he buried himself in books about history and politics and listened to a vast amount of music.  he eventually returned to education and did quite well. worked in the Care Sector for some twenty-five years (ten years in Mental Health project management) As with history, I have loved music passionately for as long as I can remember. Undertaken over some twenty months and involving a number of countries, including: Eire, all four countries of the UK (the twenty months excludes the six months I spent labouring at the Shadwell Basin in London in 1987), the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, the Canary Islands, Gibraltar, Israel, Egypt, Jordan, India, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico and the United States, my backpacking ventures have proved a wonderful journey in every sense of the word.  As a proud Welshman, I enjoy reading Welsh history and visiting Welsh historical sites. According to my DNA profile, my patrilineal ancestry can be traced to the Beaker People; who arrived, in what became Wales, some 3,000-4,000 years ago.
