In this very special episode, we are joined by Jake Ellwood - retired Australian Army Major General, marathon runner and Unforgiving60 alumni - to talk all things Run Army!  As president of Run Army and the driving force behind the event since its inception, Jake knows a thing or two about the race and the wider concept behind it, but we don't just talk Run Army.  Jake also shares some of his thoughts on resilience and motivation, coming back from injury and wider leadership considerations in this fascinating and wide-ranging chat.
