The UnFML Experiment answers the question - "what would happen if I took 100% personal responsibility for everything in my life for 365 days?" 

It began when the founder's life was in absolute ruins. Poor health, bad relationships, and the non-stop hustle of trying to build a business left her burnt out, bitter, and angry.  She didn't recognize the person staring back at her in the mirror.  She didn't know who she was anymore.

She felt completely out of control and needed things to change. That's when she realized that the common denominator in all of her problems was...her.  So she decided to improve the quality of her life by being proactive about improving her thoughts, habits, and character.
