Today on The Unearthing Project, I sit down with Kate Reece in the Decades Room of the Johnson Academic Center. Kate is the Director of Strategic Innovation at Forsyth Country Day School. On this episode, she talks about her plans for her role at FCDS and her previous experience as the Executive Director of the Wake Forest University Center for Private Business. There, she developed strategies for successful growth; she discusses her plans to bring theses ideas to FCDS. She believes in demystifying business and that one can find inspiration after commitment.
