Jody is the Head of Communications at a major financial institution. He became my "Marvellous Mentor" through an official programme at work. In this podcast, he shares top tips on getting and keeping a mentor and some great advice he gave me when I was feeling stuck. His easy manner and fabulous understated sense of humour made him a fabulous guest and an amazing mentor. When I was feeling stuck, Jody helped me assess the reality behind that feeling and I hope this episode will do the same for you.
