It's been quite a long time since we've analyzed tropes and how they are applied in specific instances. Today we're going to analyze how kaiju are not necessarily a trope and how they transcend that limitation and label. In order to accomplish this, we are not going to analyze the evolution of Godzilla. Rather, we are going to look at the evolution of another famous giant warrior and "strange beast", Ultraman.
