Growing up in Texas Chad Felderhoff comes from a long line of legacy businessmen in his family that served as mentors and gave him values of hard work and accountability at a young age.  The importance of those values and continued mentorship brough Chad to where he is today as acting COO of Muenster Milling, community leader, and great husband and father.

Chad took over his family business after receiving his MBA and serving in the corporate world.  We dive deeper into his thoughts on continued education and the pathway that was set forth and how failure there changed his direction in life.

Chad and his brother brought Muenster Milling from their family by working their way up and purchasing the company. They leveraged assets to continue to grow and with a focus on operational efficiency they are now one of the leading manufacturers of high quality dog food, cat food, and horse feed products. 

Muenster Milling which is expanding rapidly after a private equity buyout that has created generational wealth for his family.  They are also in the middle of expanding their operations that has created heavy lifting for Chad and his team and what he's been able to do about that.

Chad's story is uncommon because of his ability to adapt and know his values that have helped him in his decision making that has taken his life to uncommon levels.  We talk a lot about how personal development has served a huge role in his accomplishments and some tactics that you can put into your own life that will help you develop a better mentality. 

Chad is a leader in his family, company, community, and continues to give back wherever and whenever he can.  His servant mentality has brought him more wealth than money can buy.
