Carnivore diet content creator Courtney details her past year on the carnivore diet, sharing her physical progress and struggles with emotional eating. She also discusses her upcoming cookbook and how the stress of the project may have contributed to her emotional eating.: In this interview, Courtney discusses her experiences with the carnivore diet and how it has impacted her lives. Courtney touches on topics such as the addictive nature of food, the importance of finding healthy addictions, and the challenges of emotional eating. Courtney and Coach Stephen also talk about the "messy middle" of the carnivore journey where things may not always be easy, but it's important to remember why you're doing it and to have a plan in place. 

They discuss the recent sardine challenge, which involves only eating sardines for a set period to tune into one's true hunger cues. Courtney shares her results, such as lower glucose and higher ketone levels, and says that her struggles with emotional eating and weight loss continue. She also talks about attending Keto Con, a conference for people following the keto diet, and the MeatStock retreat.
She has found that carnivore was the only diet that worked for her to keep the weight off. She discusses common pitfalls that can lead to weight gain, such as consuming too many caffeinated drinks and dark chocolate. Finally, she shares her thoughts on the deeper issues that underlie food addiction.
