The U Mind welcomes Travis Rivas, comic book writer extraordinaire! Travis is part of the Accidental Aliens, a San Diego comic book creation team. He drew inspiration from his own limb difference (thrombocytopenia-absent radius syndrome-or TAR syndrome)and wrote the "Unstoppable Cherub" comic book series, as well as organizing the "Super-Abled" comic book anthology. He's an active community member with the Lucky Fin Project, and is managing small press this year at San Diego Comicfest.
