On this episode of the Ty Brady Way, Ty speaks about how the core values that you set for yourself can set you up to live and lead with a legacy that will continue on past your lifetime. Ty gives us an insight into the core values he set for himself when he began his career and also shares with us what goals he has achieved from setting those core values. Ty talks about how he still uses some of the same core values to this day and explains how they have helped him be a great mentor to his agents so that they can grow and learn from his experiences and maybe even take some inspiration from the legacy he is continue to leave.
