Swadhin is a trauma survivor of domestic violence that induced her early diagnosis of depression and severe anxiety.

She is now a mental health coach, speaker & author with credentials in therapy and life coaching. 

She shares her  story to heal her self and everyone else that needs to hear that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
