Jill Armijo lives in Lehi, Utah with her husband, Joe, and their two pooches. Their three boys are grown and they have a granddaughter, the cutest human alive.  Jill takes care of Joe, a veteran with schizophrenia, since 1997. She has been a physical therapist assistant for almost thirty years, and is also a health and life coach who helps caregivers of spouses with mental illness thrive and find happiness as they create the life they want while serving in a challenging circumstance. Jill also enjoys nature, fitness and nutrition, travel, reading and writing.
