America has had way to many mass shootings.....and we all know that when the gunman is white....he is usually deemed MENTALLY UNSTABLE.

I want to speak a lil bit on mental health and checking your soul.

Too many times we focus on our bodies and forget about the most important and vulnerable part to us.....our SOUL!
