God has emotions! Yes - That's right. God has emotions. We can see it all throughout scripture, and what is so encouraging is that He is a passionate God who cares greatly for those He created, especially those He's redeemed.
The problem is, do those in whom Christ is supposed to dwell and are supposed to be filled by His Spirit? Much of humanity's issues are likely found in the fact that there are too few people reflecting the heart of God one to another - It's one of the reasons why God takes issue with injustice in the OT.
In our SUNDAY SERVICE, Pastor Mike focuses in on God's passion for the lost specifically. He looks at how God's compassion goes out to those who are being beaten up by sin, this world and the devil... and how God's design is to share that burden with people who would go into action on the rescue effort.
