Dr Nupi Arora (The Glitter Practitioner) is an experienced General Practitioner (Family Physician) in the UK, with a career in medicine spanning over two decades. Passionate about people and providing whole person heart centered care, she has for the most part of her medical career been based in an inner-city practice with specialist lead roles in Child Safeguarding, Domestic abuse, Trauma Informed Care and Deprivation Medicine.

She is also a Transformation Life Coach, Public Speaker and Linkedin live podcast host - “Live with the Glitter Practitioner”.

A self confessed glitterholic with superpowers of said sparkly stuff, Dr Nupi energises others with her contagious enthusiasm, zest for life, authentic nature and empowers her patients and clients to recognise, restore and rebalance their whole self needs with her “whole-istic” prescription of self care, the F List.

Inspired by her recovery from burnout over a decade ago, the F list incorporates the evidence based skills and techniques fundamental to her own healing and has since been integrated in daily medical practice as the core foundation to maintaining health and well being … a bespoke framework that guides “being well” physically, emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.

This, alongside her medical expertise, underpins the root cause, integrative approach she passionately advocates, an inclusive, compassionate approach that has inspired hope, healing and transformation amongst her patient community and clientele.
