In March of 1986, Tacoma Washington was robbed of a loving and talented pre-teen, who left her little  sisters at a nearby park to pack a picnic lunch. Thirty-two years later, her accused killer is getting ready to stand trial. This is the case of the 1986 abduction, rape, and murder of Michella Welch.
